Leemark Bathrooms & Radiators Ltd, trading as Leemark Bathrooms ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Leemark Bathrooms & Radiators Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 12125302, with its registered office at Unit 2a River Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 1EG. What we collect

When you request a quote, get in touch, or place an order, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, postcode or address, and details about your project (for example, the style of bathroom you're after, and any information you choose to share about the space or your requirements). If you place an order, we'll also collect the delivery and payment information needed to fulfil it. Card payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't see or store your full card details.

How we use it, and why

We use your information to respond to quote requests, provide quotes, process and deliver orders, and answer questions you send us. We do this because it's needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform our contract with you. We also keep records to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your information to third parties, and we won't send you marketing unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with the suppliers and delivery partners involved in fulfilling your order (for example, Kartell UK, where an order needs to be placed with them) and with service providers who help us run our website and store, such as Shopify. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law. We don't share your information for anyone else's marketing purposes.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies, including from Shopify, to run properly and, where you consent, to understand how the site is used. You can change your choices at any time using the cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet our legal and accounting obligations (usually six years for financial records), and handle any warranty or after-sales queries, after which it's deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and in many cases to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it's used, or to receive a copy to pass to someone else. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
