Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes, orders and deliveries placed with Leemark Bathrooms & Radiators Ltd, trading as Leemark Bathrooms ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Leemark Bathrooms & Radiators Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12125302. Our registered office is Unit 2a River Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 1EG. Quotes

Quotes provided through our website, by phone or in our showroom are estimates based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is not a contract until you confirm your order and we accept it. Prices may change if the scope of work, products, or site conditions differ from what was quoted.

Prices and ordering

Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we confirm we have accepted it. We don't hold stock: once you place an order, we order the relevant items from our supplier, Kartell UK, which are typically delivered to our Blackburn showroom the next working day and out to you from there on our own van. Availability is confirmed at the point of order rather than guaranteed in advance, and lead times can occasionally be affected by our supplier's stock levels. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

Delivery

We deliver across Lancashire using our own van. A delivery charge of £15 applies to orders under approximately £100; delivery is free on full bathroom orders and larger orders as agreed at the point of quote. We'll agree a delivery date with you in advance. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order, as we may need to rearrange (and may charge for a second attempt) if not. The goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to you.

Your right to cancel (online and phone orders)

If you are a consumer and you order online or by phone without visiting our showroom, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day the goods are delivered to you. If your order is delivered in several parts, the 14 days run from the day the last item is delivered. To cancel, tell us clearly by email to leemarkbathrooms@hotmail.co.uk or by phone on 07982 913 612.

You must return the goods, or let us collect them, within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Goods should be unused, uninstalled and, where possible, in their original packaging. We'll refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you have returned them). Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to inspect them, or have been damaged while in your possession.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items cut, made or finished to measure for you. We'll tell you before you order if an item falls into this category.

Orders placed in person at our showroom are not covered by this right to cancel, but please talk to us and we'll always try to help.

Faulty or damaged goods

Please check your goods on delivery and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible, and before installation. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: within 30 days of delivery you can reject them for a full refund, and after that you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund. Many products also carry a manufacturer's guarantee, which is in addition to these rights.

Fitting

Where fitting is arranged through us, it's carried out by trusted local tradespeople. Any separate terms relating to fitting work will be agreed with you directly before work begins.

Payment

Online orders are paid at checkout using the payment methods shown. For quoted work, payment terms will be confirmed at the point of order. We also accept payment in our showroom.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but we aren't liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are buying as a consumer.

Trade customers

If you are buying in the course of a business, the consumer rights described above do not apply. Returns from trade customers are at our discretion.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
